Software Development Engineer
We are looking for an experienced SDE with 4+ years development experience to do development on the core delivery / real-time auction subsystem of the online advertising exchange. The ideal candidate will have experience in working with real-time, high concurrency, transactional web-services at Microsoft or external web company. Experience working in online advertising is a strong plus. The job requirements include working with MSDR and external ad networks on the design/requirements, development/scaling of the core exchange, working with AQNT and AdCenter on integration, and integration with the other sub-system components of AdECN.
We are also looking for technical background in multiple of the following technical areas: Python, C++, C#, web service experience, security, machine learning/applied statistics, transactional/data-warehousing DB systems, real-time ad serving systems, and server product experience. A bachelors degree or higher in CS or related discipline is required.
Software Development Engineer in Test
We are looking for an experienced SDET with 2+ years test experience to do detailed white-box functional and scalability testing. The ideal candidate will have experience in working with complex n-tier systems, source code / branch management experience, comprehensive test automation, and the strong desire to find product gaps before customers do. Responsibilities include the following for assigned sub-systems: detailed test cases / test plans, development of test harness, api testing, functionality testing, scalability testing, security testing, and integration testing with partner ad networks.
We are also looking for technical background in multiple of the following technical areas: Python, C++, C#, web service experience, security, machine learning/applied statistics, transactional/data-warehousing DB systems, real-time ad serving systems, and server product experience. A bachelors degree or higher in CS or related discipline is required.
Systems Engineer
We are looking for an experienced systems engineer with 5+ years of systems engineering experience in a large scale, distributed environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and supporting complex environments that are highly available, scalable and secure.
We are looking for technical background in multiple of the following technical areas: BSD/Linux, TCP/IP, security, networking (Cisco, F5), scripting (Python, Perl), database (PostgreSQL), monitoring (Nagios), patch management, security, capacity planning, NAS/SAN, disaster recovery, apache/tomcat, real-time ad serving systems, and/or Microsoft server products development experience, etc.
Program Manager
We are looking for an experienced Program Manager with 4+ years Program Management experience who is looking for a chance to get in at the ground floor and help define and drive the development of the online advertising exchange and the third party audience intelligence marketplace. The ideal candidate will have experience in working with real-time, high concurrency, transactional web-services at Microsoft or external web company. Experience working in online advertising is a strong plus. The job requirements include working with MSDR and external ad networks on the design/requirements, write the specifications and drive the development/scaling of the core exchange, working with AQNT and AdCenter to integrate existing technologies and products, and with third party data providers to integrate them into the core sub-system components of AdECN.
Technical requirements include a strong background multiple of the following technical areas: machine learning/applied statistics, real-time ad serving systems, fraud detection, or other massively scaled out web-service and delivering service based products in a fast paced agile environment over several product cycles. A bachelors degree or higher in CS or related discipline is required.
